Day tours:
Payment in full due at time of booking.  No refunds unless we can find a replacement from a possible waiting list.

Multi Day tours:
Non refundable deposit of $250.00 per person required at the time of booking.  Space on the tour is not guaranteed without this deposit.  Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Some tours offer an early payment discount if payment in full is recieved by the specified date.  It is the passengers responsibility to contact us and make your payment by the deadline to receive any discounts.

Cancellations for Multi Day tours:
Trip cancellation/interruption insurance could protect you against loss if you must cancel your trip before departure or if you leave the tour and return home for covered risk reasons as described in the policy.  This is a personal choice, however we recommend you look into cancellation/interruption, and adequate medical coverage insurance through a 3rd party provider.  We do not sell cancellation or medical insurance.

Baggage

Tour members are limited to one large suitcase per person (max 50lbs).  A soft sided carry on bag is allowed aboard the coach if carried by the tour member.  For your convenience keep the size and weight of the carry on to a bare minimum.  Roll on bags designed for airline use will not fit into the motorcoach overhead compartments.  The coach driver supervises the transfer of luggage to and from the coach.  Frontier Bus Lines cannot assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage to luggage and personal effects due to breakage, theft or normal wear and tear through hotel and group carrier handling.  We recommmend you purchase baggage and personal effects insurance.

Accommodations

Rooms are allocated by each hotel-if you have a preference (ground floor etc,) please advise us when making the reservations.   Requests may not always be possible as not all hotels/motels have enough of each type of rooms to accommodate all requests.

Single Passengers

Since hotel rates are per room, the tour price for rooms occupied by one person is higher than those where two or more persons share the cost of the room.

Travel Documents

Tour itineraries, name badge, baggage tags *if required will be distributed by your tour director on day 1 of your multi day tour.
Canadian citizens require a valid passpoirt for travel outside of Canada.  Citizens of other countries or landed immigrants, check with appropriate foreign consulate for entry requirements.  Frontier Bus Lines will not refund tour fees if a passenger(s) is refused access at the border for any reason.  The passenger(s) will be responsible for finding transportation home at their own expense.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you purchse travel medical, cancellation and trip interruption insurance through a 3rd party provider.  for tours longer than 7 days a passenger information sheet will be sent to you to obtain information regarding additional insurance coverage, passport information *if required and contact information in case of an emergency.

Smoking and Alcoholic Beverages

Smoking is not allowed on board the coach. For comfort frequent rest stops are made.

Canabis Policy
Frontier Bus Lines is disallowing any person on any of our tours from carrying any amounts of Cannabis or any of its forms.  This policy applies equally to leisure or medical use, even if the person in question has a valid prescription.  Any person found in the possession of any form of Cannabis will be asked to leave the tour and make their own arrangements to return home at their cost.

Travellers requiring special assistance are welcome to travel but some tours may present difficulties.  We regret that we cannot accept motorized scooters on any tour and that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs, ask at time of booking.  None of Frontier Bus Lines employees and personnel or its suppliers may physically lift or assist clients to transportation vehicles.  Guest that require more assistance must be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance required at all times.

Seating on Coach

During the course of a tour, you will be asked to change seats in a rotation system or draw system.  This is the fairest way to allow everyone to try different views from the coach and make new friends.  Single clients are expected to share the second seat with another passenger.  The seat directly behind the driver is reserved for your Tour Director.

Changes/Cancellation of Tours

In rare instances, it may become necessary to cancel a departure due to lack of sales, sudden availability of an advertised facility or other unusual circumstances.  if a tour is cancelled Frontier Bus Lines will refund all monies paid to them by the passengers and this shall be deemed full settlement.  Occasionally the itinerary may need to be adjusted or schedule changes may occur.  We reserve the right to make changes to the published itinerary which may be required due to circumstances beyond our control.  The tour organizer reserves the right to make changes before or during the tour for the comfort, convenience and safety of the passengers.
